Is there a recipe for success in the professional creative process that could deliver invaluable innovational insights for modern organizations? What are the lessons to be learned from creative heroes, music masters and artistic geniuses? How does our corporate paradigm move from the world of the machine to that of living systems and organically into the Jazz groove ? And what do Miles Davis, Keith Richards or Lady Gaga tell us about these issues? In a keynote session, in a real key with real notes - with virtuoso live guitar music, stories and analysis - , we'll explore these topics in the context of learning and innovation in the digital age.

VISION AND MISSION
It is my strong belief that all we need to live together in a good and social world is potentially here. One of our challenges is to unlock the full human creative potential (emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, socially), and shape, guide and channel this positive innovative power in such a way that it can become a healthy dose of fuel for visionary people, teams, entrepreneurs and organizations. By researching the fundamental principles of the creative process - by exploring the life and works of jazz, rock, soul, funk and blues musicians aswell as other professionals from the worlds of music, theatre, film and the entertainment industries - in the context of their possible value for the corporate and organizational world, I constantly work at developing a data base of stories, metaphors, creative principles and relevant managerial, psychological and philosophical ideas as a starting point for the design and delivery of interactive lectures, workshops and coaching programs.
