Zvonimir Mršić

Zvonimir Mršić is Management Board President at Podravka.  He joined Podravka in 1990, building his professional career for eight years as head of and manager of PR department. Apart from being a businessman, he was also building a very successful political career, carrying the duty of Deputy Mayor of the City of Koprivnica, and then the Mayor of Koprivnica in three terms.He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Zagreb, completed the FBA (Fundamentals of Business Administration) at the Faculty of Economy and Business, University of  Zagreb and a Certified Program for Supervisory Board Members. He is a member of the Croatian Association of Employers Council, and in October 2014 he was elected deputy presiden.t of Croatian Exporters Association (CEA). In October 2015. he became a member of University Council at University North. In March 2016. he became a member of  the Economic Council of  Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb

Responsibilities:

• Podravka Group business development, including mergers and acquisitions,
• disinvestment of business programs or their parts,
• operating supervision of Podravka d.d. subsidiaries,
• strategic management of markets,
• human resources management,
• managing legal affairs and corporate administration,
• corporate communication management,
• managing corporate supply chain, including procurement, production and logistics,
• managing relations with unions active within Podravka Group and Workers Council,
• all other business processes that no other Management Board member is in charge of,
• Internal Audit management.
