Pursuant to Art. 137 of the Stock Exchange Rules PODRAVKA Inc. hereby publishes its amended Events Calendar for 2022 by changing the date of publication of the Audited consolidated and unconsolidated annual Financial statements for 2021, Annual Report of the Company Management Board and Auditor's Report, Resolution proposal on the Company profit distribution for the year 2021 which will be published on April 4^th 2022.
