Information on the Status of own shares

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 474 paragraph 3 of the Capital Market Act, PODRAVKA Inc. with registered office in Koprivnica, Ante Starčević Str. No 32, PIN: 18928523252 (hereinafter: Company), hereby announces that as at April 30th 2021 it holds 112,916 own shares, which represents 1.59% of the Company’s share capital.

The Company acquires treasury shares based on the Resolution of the General Assembly on providing authority to the Company Management Board on acquiring own Company shares from April 30th 2020 and are held in accordance with the purpose stated in this Decision.

The Company does not have a program for acquiring own shares or employee share ownership program.
