• January 8th 2025, have been acquired 250 own shares with the ticker PODR-R-A,
• January 9th 2025, have been acquired 70 own shares with the ticker PODR-R-A.

After mentioned acquisition of own shares, the treasury account of the Company holds 90,505 of the own shares, which represents 1.271137 % of the Company's share capital.
