• January 20^th 2025, have been acquired 150 own shares with the ticker PODR-R-A,
• January 21^st 2025, have been acquired 100 own shares with the ticker PODR-R-A.

After mentioned acquisition of own shares, the treasury account of the Company holds 76,155 of the own shares, which represents 1.069592 % of the Company's share capital.
