Pursuant to the Exchange Rules, we hereby announce that Podravka Inc. (hereinafter: Company)  on 6^th September 2016 - starting at 11.00, at Hotel Esplanade in Zagreb organises a press conference on the occasion of the signing ceremony of the loan agreement that arranges The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The loan agreement will conclude Podravka Inc., Belupo Inc. and Žito Inc.
