Pursuant to the provisions of Article 474 of the Capital Market Law, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that on March 19th 2021, the Company released 6,000 ordinary shares of the Company with the ticker PODR-R-A, which represents 0.084270% of the Company's share capital.

After mentioned release of the shares, the treasury account of the Company holds 121,916 of the own shares, which is 1.712303% of the Company's share capital.
