PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that based on realization of the Company share purchase option right Mr. Marko Đerek, Member of the Management Board of BELUPO Inc., purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of the Company based on the rights from the management contract for the year 2020 and 2021.
