- Davor Doko, member of the Management Board of PODRAVKA Inc. aquired 248 shares with the ticker PODR-R-A,
- Ljiljana Šapina, member of the Management Board of PODRAVKA Inc. aquired 233 shares with the ticker PODR-R-A.
- Milan Tadić, member of the Management Board of PODRAVKA Inc. aquired 248 shares with the ticker PODR-R-A and 401 shares with the ticker PODR-R-A on the base of the accomplished business results for the yerar 2022.
