Notice: Resignation of Podravka d.d. Supervisory Board President

Pursuant to provisions of the Capital Market Law, Company Law  and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that Mr. Ljubo Jurčić, Podravka d.d. Supervisory Board president, informed in writing Podravka d.d., that as of today he has submitted his written resignation to the position of Podravka d.d. Supervisory Board president and member and delivered it to the State property management agency.
