On 25th July 2014 the Management and the Supervisory Board of Podravka Inc. will have sessions in order to examine and approve the unaudited semi-annual Financial Statements of Podravka Group and Podravka Inc.
Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby announce that on 25th July 2014 the Management and the Supervisory Board of Podravka Inc. will have sessions in order to examine and approve the unaudited semi-annual Financial Statements of Podravka Group (consolidated) and Podravka Inc. (non - consolidated) for the period 1.01. - 30.06.2014.
The stated statements will be published at the Zagreb Stock Exchange, HANFA, HINA and the Company web site.
