Preparation

In a suitable container dissolve 60 g margarine or butter. Add the mixture for the layer, mix thoroughly and pour in the cake pan (max. diameter 24 cm).Push with the spoon to get a homogenious layer. Refrigerate (at least for 20 min.) while preparing the cream. Cream: Delute the package contents in 3.5 dl cold milk, stir gently and continue mixing with an electric mixer for 3 minutes at high speed. Add 300 g of previously blended fresh cheese and mix for ½ minute at medium speed. Place the cream on the layer and refrigerate (at least for 2 hours).
