Preparation

citric acid can be used for preparing various syrups (elderberry and fruit), lemonade, iced tea, ice-cream, marmelatde, baklava and other desserts. Prepare a refreshing drink. Add 2 teaspoons of citric acid in one liter of water and sweeten to taste. Serve with ice cubes.
