One tube contains 16 cloves of garlic, and the flavour is easily dosed with a teaspoon or squeeze of the tube. Without the need for gloves! Preparation
Add as desired to soups, sauces, stews, rice and pasta dishes (during or at the end of cooking). Use to baste fish and meat, or to enrich spreads, dips, cold sauces, or meat or veggie patties. Add salt to dish as desired. 1 teaspoon replaces 2 teaspoons of freshly chopped garlic.
- Storage: Keep in a dry place at room temperature. Keep protected from direct light. After opening, keep in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
