With this paste, unpleasant smells, long sautéing and tears are a thing of the past, while the flavour of the dish remains equally rich and aromatic as with fresh onions. Preparation

Add as desired to soups, sauces, stews, rice and pasta dishes (during or at the end of cooking). Can be used as a base or to enrich spreads, dips and cold sauces. Add salt as desired to taste. 1 teaspoon paste replaces 1.5 teaspoons chopped fresh onion.

  • Storage: Keep in a dry place at room temperature. Keep protected from direct light. After opening, keep in the refrigerator up to 10 days.
