Vegeta Natur Vegetable paste is natural, free of colourings or preservatives, and makes an excellent base for a wide range of dishes. Use it in pasta sauces, as a base for risotto or stews, or add it to soups or sauces for a more intense, richer flavour. One package includes 204 g fresh vegetables, and one teaspoon of paste replaces two teaspoons of freshly chopped vegetables.

Preparation / Ingredients

Add as desired to soups, sauces, stews, rice and pasta dishes (during or near the end of cooking), or to marinate meats, fish and vegetables. Add salt as desired. 1 teaspoon of paste replaces 2 teaspoons of freshly chopped vegetables.
