Black bean burgers

Black bean burgers are surprisingly tasty and easy to prepare. If you have vegan guests coming for dinner, this dish is sure to win you praise.

Black bean burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 300 g mushrooms (portobello)
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 120 g Podravka Sugar corn
  • 230 g Podravka Black beans
  • 1 Fant seasoning mix for meat sticks
  • 150 g broccoli

Preparation

  1. Finely slice mushrooms and fry briefly in olive oil until liquid evaporates. Then add chopped broccoli, sauté until softened, and remove from heat.
  2. Mix Fant blend with 70 ml warm water and let stand a few minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together black beans, sugar corn, parsley, and lemon juice, then add fried mushrooms and broccoli, and Fant mixture. Mix until you get a compact mixture.
  4. You can blend a part of the mixture (using an electric chopper or wand mixer) to better bind the mixture.
  5. Shape into burger-sized patties. Grill or bake at medium high heat until cooked on both sides.

Serving: Serve warm.

Advice: You can add 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan or other cheese into the mix if you wish.
