RAMSTEAK WITH GRILL

Preparation

  1. Clean the meat well from the skin and excess fat.
  2. Salt it and coat it with olive oil and leave it to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour before baking.
  3. Place the meat on a well-heated grill (or grill pan) and bake on the first side for 4 minutes, then turn it over and bake for another 3 minutes for a medium-grilled steak.
  4. If you want more or less baked steaks, change the baking time. At the end of baking, sprinkle the meat with freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Place the roasted meat in a bowl, cover, not completely and let it rest for 10 minutes.Slice the meat and serve warm with baked potatoes and Ajvar delicacy.

Advice: When cooked, you can drizzle the meat with olive oil to make it juicier. If the meat is roasted abruptly the juices will stay in it so it will be juicier.
