Chicken wok

In this chicken wok, the usual vegetables cut into strips get a surprising life from a few cubes of pineapple and cooked rice.

Chicken wok

Ingredients

  • 100 g carrot
  • 50 g celery root
  • 150 g leeks
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 packet Fant seasoning blend for Chicken wok
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • pineapple
  • Zlato Polje Sant' Andrea rice
  • 250 g chicken breast

Preparation

  1. Slice meat into strips, and mushrooms into slices. Slice carrots, celery and leeks into long, thin strips.
  2. Heat oil to smoking in the wok and fry meat. Add sliced vegetables and mushrooms. Fry briefly while stirring, then add 300 ml warm water and mix in contents of Fant packet. Stir fry another 5 minutes. When almost done, add soy sauce.
  3. When the dish is finished, add a few cubes of pineapple.

Serving: Serve with cooked rice.

Advice: You can also use turkey for this recipe.
