Lasagna with ricotta

Lasagna enriched with ricotta is so irresistibly delicious and moist that just thinking about it will start your mouth watering.

Lasagna with ricotta

Ingredients

  • 300 g ground meat (veal)
  • 150 ml cooking cream
  • 1 packet Fant seasoning mix for lasagna
  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 150 g ricotta (or any young cheese)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Ribanac cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

  1. Add ground meat to hot oil and fry while stirring until browned. Add in 600 ml warm water, 50 ml cooking cream, and mix in contents of Fant packet. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. In a baking dish (20 x 20 cm), add a layer of lasagna noodles (2 noodles), a layer of prepared meat sauce, and sprinkle with a third of the crumbled cheese. Continue altering layers until all layers are used up.
  3. Finish with a layer of lasagna noodles, pour remaining cream on top and sprinkle with Ribanac cheese.
  4. Bake about 30 minutes in oven preheated to 180°C.

Serving: Serve warm, with the salad of your choice.

Advice: Use fresh noodles or those that do not require precooking.
