Preparation

  1. Mix contents of Fant seasoning Fant seasoning mix for slavonian shephard’s stew with water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add beef and pork cut into cubes, bay leaf, and cook until meat is tender. Near the end of cooking, add in the wine and add the dumplings until cooked.
  3. To make the dumplings, add eggs, water and a little salt to flour. Mix well, and use a spoon to form dumplings.

Serving: Serve warm, if desired add a spoonful of sour cream.

Advice: You can replace beef and pork with veal and lamb.
