Signing of Donation Agreement and Press Conference
The Fund may be attributed as humanitarian foundation with task to help seriously ill members of the Fund to purchase drugs, orthopaedic aids and help them pay costs of expensive major surgeries.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Law and of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, notice is hereby given that PODRAVKA d.d. and the PPDIV Union (the founder of the Fund for Support to Seriously Ill Persons) will sign a Donation Agreement at Podravka, A. Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, on Wednesday 10th June 2009, at 8.30 a.m.
The Chairman of the Management Board Mr Zdravko Šestak will sign the Agreement on behalf of Podravka and Ms Ksenija Horvat, the chief union representative, will sign it on behalf of the PPDIV Union. Press conference has been called after the Agreement has been signed.
Local branch of PPDIV Union of Podravka d.d. founded the Fund for Support to Seriously Ill Persons in 1994. The Fund may be attributed as humanitarian foundation with task to help seriously ill members of the Fund to purchase drugs, orthopaedic aids and help them pay costs of expensive major surgeries. The Fund Leader is Mr Darko Šokec.
